Mat Steinlin,
President & CEO
▪ Even as a young boy, Quest IT Outsourcing President & CEO Mat Steinlin
always loved dismantling and reassembling his family’s computer equipment
(on occasion, it would still work afterwards). Luckily, he got quite a bit
better at it after earning an IT degree from Wirtschaftsinformatik Schule
(WISS) technology school in Zurich, Switzerland. Within eight years of
becoming a certified programmer, Mat advanced from programmer to team leader
to IT manager to become one of the youngest Managing Directors at one of the
largest privately-owned companies in the world. While there, he was
responsible for all IT-related matters on numerous large scale international
production assembly and distribution projects, developing Mat’s expertise in
a number of areas, including network design, custom programming/software
development and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system implementation.
In addition to his large scale production experience, Mat has also served as
the Interim CTO and Director of Operations for mid-sized IT companies. In
his free time, he enjoys going to the gym and taking his motorcycle for a
spin.
Scott Aurnou, Vice President,
Communications & Marketing
▪ Scott Aurnou came to Quest IT Outsourcing in 2010 as an attorney with over a decade of civil and criminal litigation experience
with large and small law firms in the New York City area, as well as time spent as group counsel for a Private Client Services group
with over $700M in assets under management at a major investment bank in Manhattan. As a litigator, he has developed his expertise
through motion, trial and appellate practice in a number of areas, including securities litigation, commercial disputes, criminal law
and architect and engineer liability matters, as well as labor & employment, matrimonial, construction and insurance defense litigation.
Throughout his legal career, he has engaged in expert discovery and regular extensive discovery and e-discovery practice,
with a variety of software systems. As a natural result of this experience, Scott has a keen understanding of the importance of the
securitization of information and preservation of evidence in admissible form. Before developing his courtroom and writing skills,
Scott earned his JD from Albany Law School of Union University. Julia Hora,
Chief Web Designer & Art Director
▪ Chief Web Designer & Art Director Julia Hora brought her extensive design and layout experience
to Quest IT Outsourcing in 2010. Following her graduation from Kherson Government Technical University in 2000,
Julia earned master’s degrees in both management and computer software and programming. Combining this relatively
formal educational background with her longtime passions for drawing and photography has enabled Julia to produce
visually compelling and easy to navigate cross-platform web designs that naturally compliment the content they
are built around. In her free time, Julia is fond of playing badminton, but not cooking (though she’s always
happy to sample desserts made by others).
